-we use the best packing materials we can find, and take our time packing every box to insure that your item arrives safely
-if for some reason your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue
-we try to have everything shipped out within 1-2 days of ordering, custom orders my take longer
-if you want to return the item buyer is responsible for the return shipping expense. The item must be returned in the same condition.
